You may remember me...

Hi! It's me. Hmmm.....you may remember me and my little blog, Notions and Commotions.

Or not.  :)

I've been away for a year being a mom to the two most adorable girls on the planet (It's my blog, I can say things like that.) Previously my blog posts were about The Little Miss (now five) and upon the arrival of The Little Sis (now one) I decided that I would take a break from the blogging world.

I feel like now is a great time to get my creative juices flowing and share some of my projects with you. So I hid my past posts (over 650 of them) and decided to start fresh.

After being a Contributing Editor Paper Crafts and Creating Keepsakes Magazines for a number of years. I loved oohing and awing over amazing projects designers submitted, but was more on the frugal end of scrapbooking. Now that I have a plethora of fabulous American Crafts products at my fingertips, my hubby is an illustrator for American Crafts, and has his own great blog, Typecast Creative, I decided that I'm going to share what I make on my blog. It's as simple as that.

I love to be creative. I love making cards, for any occasion or just because. I love planning parties. Caroline just turned one and we celebrated with the cutest Princess and the Pea party (pictures to come, soon). I love scrapbooking. Yes I am that mom who actually scrapbooks photos of her kids (I had Caroline's first year book done before her first birthday).

Aside from planning the royal birthday bash, I have been getting ready for Valentine's Day and that means Chocolate and lots of it. So, the first project I would like to share with you are some darling (and yummy) chocolate bars adorned with the American Crafts XOXO Collection. Let's just say that I XOXO it!

I hope you will visit my little blog every so often.

I love these chocolate bar wraps! Excellent job, Schweetie! I am glad that I finally got a job at a place that manufactures adhesive!!! ;) Not to mention, you definitely have the sweetest scrapbook supply closet now (aka - the American Crafts warehouse).
